No, because we are licensed to sell recreational products, anyone 21 years of age can make a purchase without having a medical marijuana card.

I’m visiting from another state, am I allowed to make a purchase?

Yes, anyone is welcome to make purchases as long as you are at least 21 years old and you have an unexpired government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc.).

Can I use a credit or debit card for cannabis purchases?

No, due to federal banking restrictions related to cannabis, we only accept cash at this time. We have multiple ATM’s on site if needed.

Are there limits on the amount of cannabis I can purchase?

Yes, you may purchase up to 2.5 oz of flower or 15g of concentrates (vapes, edibles, wax, etc.) in a single transaction. However, you may make multiple transactions if needed.

What types of products are available?

We have the largest selection of products in the State of Michigan, including flower, pre-rolled joints, infused pre-rolls, gummies, chocolates, wax, shatter, crumble, vape cartridges (disposable and non-disposable), topicals, tinctures, and much more. No, current Michigan laws do not allow for the consumption or use of marijuana at a marijuana retail establishment.

What is your return policy?

Typically you have 48 hours to return any unopened, unused non-flower marijuana products for a refund or store credit. Flower can not be returned and is considered a final sale. There are certain circumstances where exceptions can be made if you received the wrong product or an item is defective. Our goal is to make sure each customer has an exceptional experience, and our staff will do whatever it takes within the laws to ensure you are satisfied.

How do I know the potency of the products I'm buying?

All of our marijuana products have the state-mandated labeling, which includes information regarding testing, potency, where it was produced, when it was produced, expiration date (if applicable). Please consult with our staff for specific questions about your needs.

Are there age restrictions for entering the store?

Yes, we offer online ordering for all of our locations. Delivery is currently available at all locations except Monroe.

Can I grow my own cannabis plants at home?

Michigan allows adults (21 years old and up) to grow up to 12 cannabis plants for personal use at their home. However, there are certain limitations if there are multiple adults living at the same residence. Please consult with a legal professional to ensure you are not operating outside of the law.
